The apartment is located at  Calle 20 # 16-21, Apartment 606 of the Martinique Building.

(The building is around "la Boquilla, or Cielo Mar" a few blocks from Costa Azul Beach or Las Americas Hotel). The apartment has one parking lot assigned, and the stall number is #334. 

Pre Check-In (Must Complete 24 hours before arrival)

• If you've already filled out the Pre-Registration Form and received our confirmation, I invite you to review the Check-In process, and let me know if you have any questions. If you haven't completed the Pre-Registration Form, here is the link: bit.ly/MARTINIQUE-606.

• There is an additional cost of COL$6,000 Colombian pesos per person for each wristband. The additional cost must be paid in full before your arrival. (Children under 2 years old are exempt from this charge). You will receive a Payment Link of the wristbands, in the WhatsApp Group.

Check-In Time is 3:00 PM or after.

• The apartment has a comprehensive security system activated with sensors and an electronic smart lock. The door PIN will be sent to you via the WhatsApp group on the day of your arrival. If your arrival or Check-In is after 6:00 PM, a member of our team will be there the next day at 8:30 AM to welcome you and give you an orientation of the apartment.

• When you arrive at the building, introduce yourselves and inform the Concierge that you are guests of MARTINIQUE APARTMENT #606. Owner: CAMILO RESTREPO. The Concierge will verify each of your physical identification (paper IDs or photocopies are not valid). After verifying the names on the reservation, the Concierge will provide each of you with a wristband, which is mandatory to wear within the building to access common areas such as the pool, steam room, jacuzzi, etc. 

Check-Out Time is before or at 11:00 AM.

• El PIN de la puerta se te enviará al grupo de WhatsApp, el mismo día de tu ingreso. Si tu ingreso o Check-In es despues de las 6:00 PM, un miembro de nuestro equipo al siguiente dia estara a las 8:30 AM, para darles la Bienvenida y una orientacion del apartamento.
